When should I be expecting my order if it says a delay?

Normally an order is made and sent out within a week. Depending on how intricate the pieces can be, it can take 4-7 days. When a delay happens, the wait time can be between 4-16 days before it’s shipped out. Some pieces take longer than others. They have to enter different phases, when it comes to choosing the stones, sizing, cutting, sanding, soldering, and polishing. Every piece is handmade.

HOW ABOUT THE MASKS?

Each mask is hand cut and sewed. Normally the wait time is 2-3 business days before it’s sent out. Due to the high volume right now it can take from 3-14 business days.
