Hermes Smoky Quartz can be transformed from a necklace to a bracelet with the extender piece. It’s made with sterling silver and stainless steel hardware with glass smoky beads and quartz. Finished with a sterling silver spike at the end with signature logo. Adjustable and finished with a lobster claw fastener.
